Hello everyone. I just started this Case of the Munchies blog to share my love for food. I’m not a chef or trained in culinary whatsoever. I just love eating. Now that the formality is out of the way, we can get down to the good stuff. I don’t like following instructions (yes, I’m a rebel) so I like to cook without a recipe (Michael Smith, anyone? no?). I want to post recipes (with in between steps for the visual learners out there) as well as mouth-watering pictures of the food I eat and make. With that said some of you may not like my style because it’s a lot of eyeballing and freestyle. I am trying to measure most of the ingredients I use for those of you who don’t like to improv. For those of you who do, by all means, do anything you want.
