Hello everyone.  I just started this Case of the Munchies blog to share my love for food.  I’m not a chef or trained in culinary whatsoever.  I just love eating.  Now that the formality is out of the way, we can get down to the good stuff.  I don’t like following instructions (yes, I’m a rebel) so I like to cook without a recipe (Michael Smith, anyone? no?).  I want to post recipes (with in between steps for the visual learners out there) as well as mouth-watering pictures of the food I eat and make.  With that said some of you may not like my style because it’s a lot of eyeballing and freestyle.  I am trying to measure most of the ingredients I use for those of you who don’t like to improv.   For those of you who do, by all means, do anything you want.

    • I hope I can give you the case of the munchies! your blog is awesome, but makes me a little sad. I love grilling and bbq but its too cold to do any grilling. Have to wait a few more months before I get to bust out the grill. I am definitely going to try that beer can turkey!

    • Hey! I’m doing pretty good! busy busy holidays, but I’m definitely enjoying myself. I have a lot of stuff I want to show very soon, When I get some down time, I will be posting my holiday dinner recipes =)

    • I think its definitely about time I changed the “about” page. I remember when I typed that up not really expecting many people to really care/read it. I’ve been pretty busy lately as I haven’t had much time to blog. But i definitely want to change the about. As for the picture goes, thats a very good Idea; I’ll talk to cat about it and see if we are going to take a new photo or use an existing one or something. =) thanks.

    • Hey Randall, wow apologize for the inconvenience for the pure spirits post. I can’t seem to find what the problem is. It seems to work fine on the different computers I use even when I’m not signed in to wordpress. I’ll continue to look into though. Thanks for being so patient, I haven’t been blogging in a few weeks now, I was in San Fran and LA few weeks ago and then things got a little crazy when I got back. I hope to hop back on the blogging train as soon as possible =) Thanks again for always coming by
